Scripture Reading: Acts 1:8 (KJV):
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."
Devotional:
The early church received power through the Holy Spirit, propelling them to be witnesses for Christ. This same power is available to us today to overcome obstacles and be effective witnesses. When the Holy Spirit's fire burns within us, we hold an unstoppable passion to share the good news.
Reflection:
Are you living in the power of the Holy Spirit? If not, what is holding you back? How can you depend more on His strength in your everyday life?
Prayer:
Spirit of God, fill me with Your power. Equip me with boldness to be a witness in my community and beyond. Kindle Your fire within me, that I may breathe Your life into others through my testimony and actions. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Action:
Ask the Holy Spirit to direct you to someone who needs salvation. Share your testimony or the gospel with them this week.
