Saving Grace

Scripture Reading: Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Today, reflect on the concept of saving grace. It is not by our own deeds but by the grace of God that we are saved. Salvation is a gift that requires us to surrender, acknowledging that we cannot earn it by ourselves. God's grace is extended to us through His love and mercy, offering us a restored relationship with Him.

Consider a time when you tried to achieve something by your own strength but felt inadequate. How does knowing that salvation is a gift change your perspective on grace?
