Scripture Reading: Romans 12:1 KJV

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”

Devotional

Paul said, “I am now ready to be offered.” His life had already been poured out for the Lord. He did not wait until death to surrender—he lived surrendered.

A life poured out for God is not wasted. The world may not always recognize it. People may not applaud it. But heaven sees every sacrifice, every act of obedience, every prayer, every witness, every tear, and every faithful step.

God is not asking for a leftover life. He desires the whole life: our time, our gifts, our words, our homes, our plans, and our hearts. True worship is not merely what happens in a church service; it is a life laid before God daily.

Reflection

Are you giving God your whole life, or only the parts that are convenient? What are you still holding back?

Prayer

Father, I offer myself to You today. Take my life and use it for Your glory. Help me not to live for myself, but to be poured out in service to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Action

Choose one practical way to serve someone today in the name of Christ: encourage, call, give, help, or pray with them.
