Discouragement

**Scripture Reading**: 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV): 
"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

**Devotional**:
Discouragement can lead us to take our eyes off God and focus on our problems. God calls us to cast our burdens upon Him because He cares and is able to lift us out of despair. Recognize that your value and strength come from God, who provides encouragement and hope.

What is currently discouraging you, and how can you trust God with these concerns?

**Prayer**:
Lord, lift me out of discouragement and fill my heart with hope. Help me to keep my eyes on You and trust in Your plan for my life. Amen.

Reach out to someone who may be discouraged and offer support or a word of encouragement.
