**Scripture Reading**: Joshua 1:9 (KJV)
"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."
**Devotional**:
In life, challenges arise and can make us want to give up. Joshua faced immense challenges as he led the Israelites into the Promised Land. Yet, God’s command to Joshua was to be strong and courageous, knowing that God would be with him. This same promise is available to us today. Regardless of our circumstances, God's presence gives us the courage we need.
**Reflection**:
What situations in your life are currently challenging your courage? How can you remind yourself of God’s constant presence and take heart in His promises?
**Prayer**:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the assurance of Your presence. Help me to stand strong and be courageous, knowing that You are with me always. In Jesus' name, Amen.
**Action**:
Identify one challenge you are currently facing. Write a note of encouragement to yourself with Joshua 1:9 and place it where you can see it daily.
