Scripture Reading: 1 Timothy 4:7-8 (KJV) But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Devotional: Physical training has its benefits, but spiritual training is vital for building godliness and preparing for eternal life. This spiritual workout involves not just hearing but doing the Word, and undergoing trials that test and strengthen our faith.

Reflection: Examine your current spiritual workouts. Are you spiritually disciplined? What does your daily routine reveal about your devotion to God?

Prayer: Father, increase my spiritual endurance. Equip me for every task and trial I face in Your name. May I not only be a hearer of the Word but also a doer. Amen.

Action: Integrate a new spiritual discipline into your routine, such as fasting, prayer walks, or journaling reflections on your Bible readings.
